わたしが最近買ったCDは…。

1．Destiny’s Child #1’S
2. 40 Seasons – The Best Of SKID ROW
3. The Very Best IKE & TINA TURNER Album Ever

って具合に全部ベストものなんだけど、1．と2．はカラオケで歌うときの参考のために買った。へへへーっ。
感想は、
1．この3枚の中では聴いていて一番自分にぴったり来たかな。でも、音楽的にみると別段新しいことしてるわけでもないので、刺激的ではなかったね。付属のDVDはまだ見てないです。これからのお楽しみ。

2．ヘビメタってのを極めたくて、代表的なバンドといわれているものの中で、わたしが知らなかったバンドをぼちぼち聴いてるんだけど、あんまりヘビーじゃなかったな。わたしにとっては。やさしい感じだね。自分としてはもっとギンギンぼこぼこにへヴィーな音楽が好きなんだなぁ。やっぱりRainbowなんて、Vocalからして重いもんな。でも、カラオケの参考としてとてもいい買い物だった。

3．「むかし」な感じがよかった。ごきげんな音楽だね。でも、だいたいこんなもんかなって思ってたらその通りだった。ライブ見たら楽しそう。

Recently I bought these CDs.

3. The Very Best IKE & TINA TURNER Album Ever

I bought 1. and 2. for my Karaoke singing. I’d like to try to sing Destiny’s Child and Skid Row’s songs at Karaoke bar. It must be fun.

1. This is my favorite in these three albums. I feel fine when I listen it but there is no innovativeness and creativity.

2. I felt that Skid Row’s sound is not so heavy but gentle for me. Rainbow is more heavy. Especially the vocals. I expected more heavy sound. But It is good for my Karaoke repertorie.

3. It’s fun music. I’d like to see their show.

また寒くなってきたー！ナイフのジップアップパーカが活躍するね。へへ。

一月場所が終わったね。相撲、好きなんだけど見る時間がないんだにゃー。一月場所、あっと言う間に終わっちゃって、結果は栃東が優勝だった！朝青龍が優勝するとばかり思っていたので意外だったけど、こういう展開で大相撲が今後もっと面白くなっていくといいね。

琴欧州は人気だね。わたし、今日ヨーグルト食べました。琴欧州みたいに強くなれるかな？今場所、白鵬も強かったね。これから彼はどういう風に出世していくのかな。楽しみです。

わたしの好きな高見盛は負け越しだったにゃー。三月場所は大阪開かれるね。1回は見に行きたいな。やっぱり生で見ると違うもの。びんつけ油のバニラみたいな匂いがたまらん。わたしが見に行く日には高見盛が勝って欲しいもんだ。

ああ、テニスの全仏オープンも見に行ってみたいもんだな。

ただいま新曲制作中。

It’s getting very cold in these days. I’m sure you can be warm with Shonen Knife’s original zip up parka.

January’s Sumo tournament was over. I like Sumo a lot but I don’t have enough time to watch Sumo on TV. I feel the tournament was over very quickly and the result is Tochiazuma’s won. Everyone prospected that Asashoryu would win but this became a new turn for Sumo, I think. I hope Sumo tournament will be more fun.

A Bulgarian guy Koto-Ohshu is very popular. I’ve heard that people in Bulgaria eat a lot of yogurt and keeping good health. I ate yogurt today. I may be strong like Koto-Ohshu. Hakuho gave a good results, too. I’m looking foward to see him rising Banzuke ranking.

One of my favorite Sumo restler, Takamisakari had a losing record this time. March’s Sumo tournament will be held in Osaka and I’d like to go. I hope he will win when I go to see his match. Watching live Sumo is very different from through TV. I really like to smell of Sumo wrestler’s hair oil.

By the way, I want to go to Roland Garros French Open Tennis, too.

I’m writing a new song.

昨日の夢。カラオケに行ってRolling Stonesの曲、Satisfactionを歌おうと思って機械に送信しているのに、何度やってもJumpin’ Jack Flashが出てくるという夢。Satisfactionはカバーしたことがあるので歌えるけど、Jumpin’ Jack Flashは歌詞を知らないので夢の中であたふたしていた。

I had a dream yesterday. I went to KARAOKE and tried to sing the Rolling Stones’ song Satisfaction but the Karaoke machine played Jumpin’ Jack Flash again and again. I’ve covered Satisfaction for Shonen Knife but I’ve never sang Jumpin’ Jack Flash. Then I was confused in my dream.

行って来ました！「タイムスリップ　大阪万博展」。

入ってすぐ笑えたのが岡本太郎氏の実物大の人形。迫力あったー。その周りには氏の作品がいろいろ展示してあって、他にはコンパニオンの制服、万博グッズなどがあった。

1970年当時のコンパニオンの映像や写真を見ていると、この35年間で若い女性の美人度、スレンダー度がかなりアップしたと思った。人類は確実に進化してるぜ！

他に笑えたのは「未来の台所」。レトロフューチャーな世界なんだ。丸い、回るテーブルがあって、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、食器洗い機などが仕込んであり、一歩も動かずに調理できるというもの。すべての機械を動かすのにいちいち鍵を差してたのには笑った。それに、一歩も動かずに調理するほうが疲れるよね。立ちっぱなしだもん。

1970年当時、人はみな「未来」というのがすばらしいことだらけだと思っていたようだ。でも、本当のところ、どうなのかな。もちろん、今もそう思いたいけどね。

I went to an exhibition called Time Slip Osaka Expo ’70. There was a real size doll of Taro Okamoto who is an avant-garde artist and producer of Expo ’70. It had a huge impact for me. Around it, his art works were there. Other than them, there were uniforms of hostesses at pavillion and Expo ’70 goods.

Looking at the photos and videos of hostesses in 1970, I felt that modern young women are much more beautiful than 70’s. I’m sure that human race is evolving.

Future Kitchen was funny, too. It’s a world of retro-future. There is a big revolving round table and inside of it there are microwave, refrigerator and dish washer machine. People can cook without move around. It’s funny that we need keys to use each machine. I think without moving and standing at the same place is more tiring.

It seems that every people in 1970 thought the future would be bright. I don’t know it’s true. Of course I hope so, though…

新年早々いろいろあって気づいたらもう10日かぁ。とっても忙しい今日この頃だけど、なんか面白いライブ見に行きたいなぁ。2月にプロテニスのトーナメントが東京であるから見に行きたいなぁ。テニスもライブ（生で見る）が面白いよね。

BBSコーナー、ライブの感想等の書き込み、とても楽しく読ませてもらってます。ありがとーございますぅぅぅ。

Time and tide wait no man. 10 days have already passed this new year. I want to go to see some fun shows like pro-tennis tournament. I know a pro-tennis tournament will be held in Tokyo in February. I really like to go!

年明け早々スパムメールが山のように来て困るよーーー。

I’d like to introduce some fun place of Osaka which is my home town. I like to go shopping around Minami area between Namba and Shinsaibashi. You can walk along Ebisbashi street and Shinsaibashi street. There are many fun advertisements around Doutonbori Bridge. Around Kitahorie, Amerika-mura and Minami Semba, there are cool shops and restaurants. You should check it out.

I also recommend that you should go around Tsutenkaku Tower. It’s a kind of funky place. You can find kitch souvenirs at the top of the Tsutenkaku Tower. There are some Kushi-katsu bars. Kushi-katsu is fried vegetables, meat or sea food with ground bread. Kushi means a stick. Yes, it’s sticked.

If you want to go to some historical places, Sumiyoshi taisha or Shitennoji Temple are good to go.

I like Takoyaki a lot. You can eat delicious Takoyaki, an octopus ball, in Osaka, too. Have fun in Osaka.

大阪のおすすめスポットということだけど、わたしは難波から心斎橋あたりをうろうろ買い物するのが好き。道頓堀橋近辺には面白い看板がたくさんあるよ。北堀江、アメリカ村、南船場などもおしゃれなお店があるのでチェックしてみてね。

あとは、ファンキーなところだけど通天閣近辺が面白い。上にあるお土産物やさんにはキッチュなものがあったりするよ。その近くのジャンジャン横丁にはカウンターだけの串カツやさんってのが何軒かあるけど行ってみてね。おいしいよ。

歴史的なところを見るなら住吉大社や四天王寺もおススメ。

わたしはたこ焼きが大好きだけど、大阪のたこ焼きはおいしいから要チェック。では大阪を楽しんでね。
