ずいぶんと前にこの本の著者から「お料理のレシピを一つ書いて欲しい」というメールが来て、その時わたしはヘルシー抹茶クッキーの作り方を伝授しました。先日出来上がった本が著者から送られて来たのでその写真を載せます。この本は、様々なロックミュージシャンがそれぞれのレシピを紹介してて、たとえば Bell A& SebastianとかNOFXとかFranz Ferdinandとかが普段作っているサンドイッチだのパンケーキだののレシピが書かれておるんです。アメリカの人たちがよく食べるようなものがメインです。読んでたらお腹が空いてきたー。

Several month ago, may be last year, I got an e-mail from the auther of this recipe book. She asked me to write one recipe. Then I introduced Healthy Green Tea Cookies. The other day, I’ve got the completed book. So I up the photo of this book. Many rock musicians introduce various recipe in this book. For example, Bell A& Sebastian, NOFX, Franz Ferdinand introduce the recipeof sandwiches or pancakes. Mainly they are American dishes. This book makes me hungry.

心斎橋クラブクアトロで昨日712 day partyやりました。ワンマンライブでござんした。本編20曲プラスアンコール2回のトータル約2時間弱。ナイフの場合、ライブといえば「おしゃべりコーナー」みたいな軟派なものは無く、ひたすら演奏でぶっとばしていくので、まさしく休み暇無し、充実の2時間弱でした。お客さんからパワーをもらい、それにより演奏が更にパワーアップしていくゆえ、ほんと、昨日は盛り上がったライブでござんした。みなさま、ありがとう。

今週は名古屋、東京と712 day partyあります。ぜひ、お越しやす。ニューアルバム「fun! fun! fun!」を聴いてから来ていただくと更に楽しさ倍増まちがいまし！

We’ve played 712 day party show at Shinsaibashi club Quattro, Osaka, yesterday. It was a one-man show. Total set was almost 2 hours. 20 songs and encore. We don’t have a talking time like Japanese pop singers. Yeah, we are hardcore. 2 hours non-stop show. We’ve got power from audience. Thanks for coming.

昨日、新作「fun! fun! fun!」がリリースされたよ！楽しくて面白いアルバムになりました。まだ聴いてない方、ぜひぜひ聴いてねー！
それから、明日はホームタウン大阪でのライブ。こちらもぜひ見に来てねー！みんなでパーティーだーっ！
今日は朝から晩までライブの準備に追われておったぞよ。ドリンク剤飲んでがんばってます。
明日はナダル対フェデラーや！

7月になったよ！いよいよ712 day partyも近付いて参りました。わたくし、何かと忙しく、夏物バーゲンには,まだ行っておりません。行きたい。でも時間ないやろなぁ。

さて、そんな最中、先日、朝からテニスして爽やかな汗を流し、晩はAndy（ちなみに日本人です。へへ。）のDJを聴きにBig Cakeに行きました。Blues Nightで、シブい音楽を堪能させてもらいました。

その日は昼も別の用事があったので、朝から目一杯動き回りやした。そのせいか翌日は疲れて、昼間、ウインブルドンダブルスの試合を見てたら知らん間に寝てしもてた。それでもめげずにそれ以外の時間は家でケーキを作ってみたり、本屋さんへ行ったりうろうろしとりました。

よし、と、気合をいれて、てなとこで712 dayの練習だ！

July has started! 712 day party shows will come soon. Recently, I’m very busy and have no time to go to the summer bargain sale. I wanna go but can’t. Ah…

The other day, I played tennis from morning and had a good time. At night of the day, I went to a club called Big Cake to see my friend Andy’s DJ. Andy is our Japanese A&R guy. I enjoyed nice Blues music.

At the day, I had another appointment in the afternoon. I was so busy. Then the day after the busy day, I took short naps. In spite of my fatigue, I made a cake, not Big Cake though, and went to a book store.

Yeah! Now it’s time to practicing for 712 day party shows!
