夏バテにはトマトなどの夏野菜が体にいいそうな。そういえば、なんだか最近無性にトマトが食べたくなってたんだ。TOMATO HEADだね。へへ。

I have summer fatigue. Recently I often feel the wanting to eat tomato. And today I found at internet that tomato is good for health especially summer fatigue. Now I’m TOMATO HEAD.

暑いね〜。かないませんわぁ。みなさんも気をつけてね。

It’s so hot and humid in Japan. I don’t like hot weather. Take care everybody.

7月26日(木)

これまで都合4回フジに参加したけど、ライブ前日に到着してライブ翌日の朝には帰っていた。でも、5回目の今年はフジロック開催期間 (7/27,28,29)全部見るぞーってことで、7月26日、大阪を出発。行程の約半分、長野県松本市目指してGo!6時間弱で到着。宿にチェックインしてからみんなで晩御飯にお蕎麦を食べに行った。注文を受けてから蕎麦を打ってくれるお店で、出てくるまでほぼ1時間ぐらいかかった。でもとてもおいしいお蕎麦だったよ。大阪ではなかなかお目にかからないね。お腹がペコペコだったので超スピードで食べちゃいました。

7月27日（金)

松本の宿を10時にチェックアウトし、夕方6時前、新潟県苗場のフジロック会場へ到着。会場飲食広場（苗場食堂）でご飯を食べて、翌日出演する会場のレッドマーキーをチェック。

7月28日(土)

関係者用食堂で昼ごはん。それから取材。そして、いよいよ出番。昼下がりの眠い時間帯にも拘わらず、レッドマーキーは超満員!!!お客さんが楽しく盛り上がってくれたので、セット時間の50分があっという間に感じた！わたしはステージに出る前はいつも緊張するけど、ステージに上ったら緊張はどこかへ飛んでいって、お客さんの顔を見たら心地よさを感じマス。見に来て下さった方々、ほんとうにありがとう!!!うれしかったです。「ふじつぼ」の歌の掛け声やらもご協力ありがとう。

終わってから休憩して会場散策。また関係者食堂で晩御飯。各国ミュージシャンたちがご飯食べてる。ここは日本？みたいな状況。

7月29日(日)

朝から取材2件。ブラジルの方の取材もあったよ。そして晴れて自由時間。またみんなで会場にて買い食い。フェスの楽しみの一つだね。さて、会場の端から端を見てみようということで心斎橋のように人だらけの山道をトットコトットコと登って行った。下りは裏ルートで会場を横目にひたすら道を歩いてレッドマーキー近辺まで戻ってきた。この日だけ雨がぱらついていた。小雨の中、カッパ着て折りたたみ椅子に座って晩御飯を買い食い。それからしばらくして宿に戻った。

え？ところで、誰のライブがよかったかって？わたしはthe Answerが一番好きだったなぁ。この日初めて知ったバンドだったけど、音楽もルックスも70年代ハードロックを再現してて、わたしの趣味にぴったりだった。さらさら金髪ロングヘアーがグーだった。このバンドを知って、ライブが見られたというだけで3日間滞在は有効やったわぁ。うはー。

7月30日（月)

車で9時間あまりかけて大阪まで帰ったよ。フジロックツアー、きれいな空気いっぱい吸えてサイコーだったよ。細胞が深呼吸してた。だけど、大阪に帰って来て淀川渡って梅田あたりのビルを見てたら妙にほっとした。やっぱりふるさとはいいもんだねぇ。

July 26, Thursday

Totally, we joined the Fuji Rock Festival five times until last year and we stayed just one day. For this time, it became the 5th, we decided to see all three days of the Fes. We left Osaka on 26th and went to Matsumoto City in Nagano prefecture which is the middle point of the way to Naeba, Niigata pref. where is the Fuji Rock Fes was held. It took about 6 hours by car from Osaka to Matsumoto. Around there is famous for Soba noodle. We went to Soba noodle restaurant after checked in the hotel. It took one hour for serving Soba noodles because the chef made Soba noodles after the order. We waited and waited. I ate the Soba noodles in 3 minutes. Very quickly.

July 27, Friday

We checked out the hotel in Matsumoto City at 10:00a.m. and arrived at the venue of Fuji Rock Festival just before 6:00p.m. We ate dinner at food court at the venue and went to Red Marquee stage which we’ll play.

July 28, Saturday

Ate lunch at cafeteria at the back stage then did press interviews. Finally our show time had come. Red Marquee was packed!!! Soooooo many audience. I felt our 50 minutes stage set was only 10 minutes. I always become nervous befor the shows but once I go on the stage, I’m motivated and become energetic. Faces of audience make me brave. Thank you for coming to our stage!!!!! Yeah!!!!!

After show, we looked around other stages and ate dinner at the catering cafeteria. Many musicians from various countries were eating dinner. How international!

July 29, Sunday

There were 2 press interviews. One was a Japanese press and onother is a Brazirian one. After that, we’ve got free time. We went to the food court again. In these three days, I ate Pizza, Thai Curry and rice, Crapes, Samosa, Spring Rolls and more. Eating is fun.

We walked on the hill to other stages. The mountain road was very crowded. On the way back, we down the hill through the road where the people who has back stage pass can take. It was a little rainy. I stayed a little more and went back to the hotel.

By the way, I’ll tell who was my favorite at the Fes. It was the Answer from Nothern Ireland. I first 70’s taking time machine. I liked the member’s long beautiful blond hair. I was contented for Fuji Rock because I could know the Answer.

July 30, Monday

Taking 9 hours, we went back to Osaka. I enjoyed Fuji Rock Fes. a lot. Clean air was so valuable for me. But when I arrived to Osaka, the urban city with many people and buildings, I felt easy. I like my hometown…
