今日はまず楽器やさんに行きました。
クルーのマットがドラムマシン試奏中。うまいぞ！！
でも彼は自身バンドではボーカルらしい＾＾；
　
We went to the guitar center today.
Our crew, Matt was playing drums machine, his drumming was very good!
But he isn’t drummer, he is the vocal.

NY再びっ！！Knitting Factoryに出れて嬉しいです。
 
NY again!!
I always wanted to play at Knitting Factory, so I was very happy to play here.

ランチはタイレストランでチャーハン。
 
I ate a fried rice at a Thai restautant for lunch.

ディナーはライブハウス横の日本食レストランで鍋焼きうどん♪
うどん大好きだ～！！！
ずっと食べたかったのでこれで元気１００倍！！
 
For dinner, I ate a NABEYAKI UDON(udon served in a pot with broth) at a Japanese restaurant.
I really like udon!! I missed it, so I was very happy to eat!!

今日もたくさんのお客さんが来てくれて楽しいライブでした♪

オフ空けのライブ！さて、最後の５本、頑張るぞ！

guitar centerに行って、それぞれに必要なものを調達。
私はクラッシュシンバルが割れちゃったので、
ピカピカの新しいのを新調してもらう。わーい。

かわいいパーカッション達を発見！！！

少し早めにKnitting Factoryに到着！！

晩ご飯は、となりの居酒屋でカツ丼！！
まさかNEW YORKでカツ丼食べれると思ってなかった！
全員日本人のスタッフの方で、すっごく美味しかった。

シンバルが割れたので、サイン入りで物販に。

September 26th Washinton, DC

 9月28日、ワシントンDC

We had 4 hours drive and arrived at Washington DC.  This is today’s venue.  Rock and Roll Hotel.

4時間車に乗ってワシントンDCに到着、ここが本日の会場、「ロックアンドロールホテル」。

 

 

 

 

I ate a giant humburger for dinner.

夕食はデカハンバーガー。

 

 

 

 

Our show went well and we had fun.  Thank you for coming!!

September 27th,  Travel Day

9月27日　移動日

It was a travel day but we had to drive only 4 hours.  We had time to go to a shoppng mall.

移動日といっても4時間だけだったので、ショッピングモールへ行く時間がありました。

 

 

 

 

There was a fontain.  I had 2 hours journey in the mall.  This mall is simillar to the mall in Seattle which we went to. After the mall, all of us had dinner at an Italian restaurant.   Then, I did laundry and went to bed.

噴水あり。2時間モール内をうろうろ。シアトルで行ったモールに似てる。それから全員でイタリア料理店で夕食を食べて、お洗濯して寝ました。

I walked around the venue.  There was a tiny park.

会場周りを散策。小さな公園あり。

アメリカ首都Washington,DC!!
前回ワシントンはなかったので実は初めてです。
ホワイトハウス見たかったな～。。
 
Capital Washington,DC  in the United States.
It’s the 1st time for me to come.
I always wanted to see the White House, but I couldn’t.

今日のおやつ。CINNABONのMinibon。コーヒーと一緒に♪
アップルパンみたいな感じです。
スタッフのエリックが美味しいよって買ってくれた♪ありがとう。

I had a Minibon of  CINNABON and a cup of coffee  for an afternoon snack.
On of the crew, Eric recomend and gave me it. It’s very yummy!  Thanks!

I’m in U.S. and now I want to compare restrooms at truck stop and shopping malls  between Japan and U.S.

U.S. restrooms —  We can see person’s foot underneath the door.  I don’t mind about this.

Sometimes broken…   I don’t mind.  I can use other one.

Most of always be prepared soap and paper towel.  I shouldn’t use paper towel for eco but it’s convenient.  Soap is important to protect from virus.

The number of public restrooms are less than that of Japan.

Sometimes toilet rolls are placed at unexpected spot like it’s so far away from my hands.

Japanese restrooms — Doors are enough length.

Mostly clean and sometimes there are warm seast and washing machine.  I like that.  Japanese restrooms at truck stops are very gorgeous and confortable.  There are more than 30 restrooms at one truck stop.

Usually there are not so much soap.  There is no paper towel but hands dryers.  I don’t mind for paper towel but I need soap.

We can easily find restrooms in town.

せっかくアメリカに来てるんで、日本の事情と比較しとこぅと思ってトイレ比較やってみました。

アメリカのトイレは、ドアが短くて、中に入っている人の足が見える。これはわたし、別段気になりません。壊れていることもしばしば。まぁ、ほかのトイレを使えばいい話ですが。それから、石鹸とぺーパータオルがかなりの確率で、ある。ペーパータオル、あれば便利かもしれないけどエコの観点からいうと不要でしょう。石鹸はばい菌を除去するためには有効だからあったほうが断然いい。公衆トイレの絶対数は少ない。みんなトイレにあまり行かないってことか。あとは、トイレットペーパーが突拍子もない場所についていることも。遠すぎて手が届かないとかね。

ま、日本のトイレはみなさまご存知の通りで、おしり洗いやら暖かい便座やら至れり尽くせり。だけど、ハンドドライヤーはあっても石鹸がないところが多いですな。ま、必要な場合はせっけんでも持っていくか。
