さぁいよいよウィーンでのライブ！！
実に少年ナイフ18年ぶりのウィーンだそうで。
どうなることやら？どきどきわくわく♪

お昼ごはんにウィーンの名物料理シュニッツェルをいただきました♪
 
We had a typical Austrian cuisine ”Schnitzel” for lunch.

さて本日の会場「Chelsea」ですが、なんと高架下にありました。
大阪の2nd LINEや今はなき神戸のスタークラブなどが自分のとってのホームグラウンドだったので懐かしい感じ♪
（関西では有名な高架下のライブハウスです）
　
The venue is under the elevated railway tracks.

そしてやっぱり出た～！！豪華なサパー！！
確実にこの数日間で私胃袋大きくなりましたW

The venue also prepared delicious supper.
My stomach should be bigger in these few days.

夜はオーストリア料理をテイクアウト。

We also had Austrian cuisines for dinner.

18年ぶりのオーストリア公演は大成功を収めました！！
満員のお客さんにエキサイティング！！
ウィーンはロックな街だ！！

SK’s first show in Vienna in 18 years was hugely-successful!
Vienna is rock city!!
Austria has great food and great art, great music and great audience!! Danke schoen!!

今日も豪華なホテルに泊まらせてもらいました♪
アーティストがよく泊まるみたいで、壁にミュージシャンの写真がたくさん！！

We also stayed in luxury hotel today.
Many musician’s picture is hung there.
I found Ken’s(From Posies) picture!!
I hope our picture will hung next year.

昨日の宿から車で５分ほどのホテルに移動し、街へ繰り出して昼ご飯。
カルボナーラ、シュニッツェル、ベーグルを黒髪前髪三人トリオでで仲良くわけわけ。

Lunch time! Yummy Yummy!

その後、別行動ということで、私は近くのカフェでモーツアルトルテ、
いわゆるウィーン名物のザッハトルテをもぐもぐ。

I ate a zahhatorte! Yummy Yummy!

それから、海外ツアーで私のお楽しみのひとつであるスーパーマーケットへ。
おもろいパッケージの日本米発見！

At the super market, I found Japanese rice!

今日のヴェニューに着き、楽屋の冷蔵庫を探るりっこちゃん。
隠し撮り、すまぬ！（笑）

Ritsuko is looking for something….. guess! guess!

晩ご飯は、近くのレストランでバイアウト！
わたし、外国で食べるお米のパサパサさ、ツボやねんなぁ。

I love rice. Cause I am a Japanese!

そんなこんなで、今宵のライブも大盛況！
今日の俺たちを撮り損ねたので、わたしのヨガポーズでお許しを！

Saturday, August 20th “The Fleece” Bristol, UK

We drove and took a ferry from Dublin to Bristol.  It took 3.5 hours for the ferry.

8月20日（土）「The Fleece」ブリストル、英国

ダブリンからブリストルは車とフェリーで。フェリーの乗船時間は約3時間半。

What a cool poster!   すてきなポスター！

Wilco Johnson will play at The Fleece, too.  Wire will play at the same venue which we played last year.  I want to go.

ウィルコ・ジョンソンもこのフリースでライブするんだ。あ、Wireは去年ナイフが出た会場でライブする。見に行きたいな。

Eating “Disco Bar” and salmon bento-box, we played on stage.  I saw so many SK fans in Bristol.  Thank you for coming!

ディスコバーを食べて、鮭弁当を食べてライブしました。ブルストルでも多くのナイフファンが来てくれました。みなさんありがとう。

Thursday, August 18th “Roisin Dubh”, Galway, Ireland

We left the hotel in Belfast at 11:00 and arrived at Galway around 16:30.

We had lunch on the way to Galway.  I pretended  like driving.

8月18日（木）「Roisin Dubh」　ゴールウェイ, アイルランド

ベルファストの宿を午前11ｊに出発、ゴールウェイに着いたのは夕方4時半ごろ。

途中で昼ごはん。運転してるフリ。

We arrived.   There was a canal beside the venue.

到着。運河が会場わきに。

Back entrance and inside of the venue.

会場裏口と中。

We ate Tapas, Spanish for dinner at the apartment.

夕食は宿泊所にてスペイン小皿料理、タパスを。

We charged our energy with Tapas and ROCKed at the show with many audience.  Thank you everyone!

タパスでエネルギー充填、たくさんのお客さんとロックしたぜ。みんなありがとー。

Friday, August 19th “Whelans” Dublin, Ireland

8月19日（金）「Whelans」ダブリン、アイルランド

I saw many horses, cows and sheep.  We had a rest at this service.

馬、牛、羊がようけいてた。ここのサービスエリアで休憩。

This is the venue.  We ate spaghetti alla bolognese for dinner at a restaurant of the venue.  It was so yummy.  The show was packed, too.  Everybody there like to drink.  Yes.  It was a Friday night.  We talked a lot with audience after show.

ここが会場。夕食には会場併設レストランにてスパゲティボロネーゼ。とてもおいしかった。この日も満員御礼。みんなよくお酒飲むわ飲むわ。金曜の夜だからね。ライブ後、お客さんたちとたくさんおしゃべりしました。

Monday, August 15th,  “Sneaky Pete’s”, Edinburgh, Scotland

On the way from New Castle to Edinburgh, we dropped at Henderson Park.

8月15日（月）スコットランドのエジンバラ　「Sneaky Pete’s」

ニューキャッスルからエジンバラへ行く途中、Henderson Parkってとこに立ち寄った。

Then, we ate lunch at Scotland style cafe.

スコットランドスタイルのカフェで昼食。

I ordered Herb Tea, Potato & Leak soup and cheese Sandwitch.

ハーブティーとポテトとネギのスープ、そしてチーズサンドを頼みました。

This is the venue, Sneaky Pete’s.  Edinburgh festival is held in summertime.  It’s all of the art festival.

I’ve heard that our show was a part of it.  The show was totally packed.  We had to go on the stage getting through the audience.  It was very hard to do it.  We had very good time and it was so hot.

ここ、会場の「Sneaky Pete’s」。エジンバラでは夏に芸術全般のフェスティバル「エジンバラフェスティバル」というのを開催していて、我々のライブもその一環なのだそう。会場は足の踏み場もないほどの満員すし詰め状態。客席を通ってステージに行かなきゃならなかったけど、その通りにくかったことと言ったら。ライブは大盛り上がり、楽しく過ごせました。暑くて熱かった。

Tuesday, August 16th, “Nice’n’sleazy”, Glasgow, Scotland

I had no time to take pictures on this day.  I had many interview.  Anyway, the tickets of our show was sold out, too.

I ROCKed with great audience in Glasgow.

この日は写真撮る暇がなかった！インタビューもたくさんあったし。ともかくこの日もチケット売り切れ。グラスゴーの素敵なお客さんたちとロックしてきました。

Wednesday, August 17th, “Black Box” Belfast, Northern Ireland

On the way from Glasgow to Stranraer, the town we took a ferry, I saw many cows.

8月17日（水）英国、北アイルランド、ベルファスト　「Black Box」

グラスゴーからStranraer（フェリーに乗った港）までの間、牛がようけおりました。

Then, we took a ferry from Stranraer.  In the ferry, there was a kids room.  These Teletubbies’ faces looked a little weird.

そして、Stranraerからフェリーに乗船。船内にキッズルームがありました。このテレタビーズの顔、ちょっと変じゃない？

I like ferry a lot.  It’s gorgeous, romantic.  フェリーだいすき。豪華、ロマンチック。

There were a duty free shop in a ferry.  船内には免税店もあります。

We arrived at “Black Box”.  It’s a cool venue.  People are so kind to us.

ここが会場、「Black Box」かっこいい会場。人々も親切だった。

It was my first time to go to Belfast but so many audience have already knew Shonen Knife songs a lot. I was so happy.   Thank you!

ベルファスト行くのは初めてだったけど、お客さんはナイフの曲をよく知ってくださってて、うれしかった。ありがとう！

「ウィーンの休日」なんてちょっと映画のタイトルになりそうでしょ？・笑
まるで映画のような1日でしたわよ！！笑
昨日ミュンヘンから移動して今日はウィーンで1日オフだったのでウィーン観光してきました！！

 ”Viennese Holiday”, I took my blog tittle from famous movie ”Roman Holiday”
I had a great time just like in a movie.
Yesterday we drived from Munich to Vienna, and We had a day off today.
So I went sightseeing in Vienna.

まず地下鉄に乗っておでかけ。
一人で海外の地下鉄乗るの初かも！？
ドキドキワクワクの一人旅♪

I took the subway alone.
Let’s go out on a journey by myself!!

ウィーンで一番行きたい場所といえば私は迷わず美術館！！
美術館大好き♪
美術史美術館へ行きました。
ブリューゲルやラファエロ、ルーベンス、フェルメールなどのかの名画たちを堪能。
 

Speaking of Vienna, I think an art museum.
I like art museum a lot!!
I went into Kunsthistorisches Museum.
I got my fill of many famous paintings, you know, Bruegel, Raffaello, Rubens,Vermeer and so on.

おなかが空いたのでコーヒーブレイク！！
ミュージアム・クオーター・ウィーンでの中のカフェテラスでウィーン名物ザッハトルテをいただく。
 
 
Have a coffee break!!
I had a chocolate cake called ”Sachertorte”, one of Viennese specialty sweets at a cafe in Museums Quartier Wien.

その後は中心部をとにかく練り歩く！！
王宮(ホーフブルク）、ブルク劇場、ミヒャエル教会、市庁舎なにを見ても美しい！！
街ではバイオリンなどの演奏をする若者がいたりと歩くだけで楽しかった♪
　
 
 
 
 
After that, I walked around the city center.
Horfburg, Burgtheater,Michaelerkirche, Rathaus….
Everything was beautiful!!

そう！私もシュテファン寺院行きました！！
壮大なゴシック建築を目の前に見ることができて満足♪

I also went to Stephansdom.
I had the satisfaction of seeing Magnificent Gothic building!!
