How to make DIY effect pedal board. <\/p>\n

I changed an effect pedal which I use for guitar solo part from ZOOM power driver to BOSS blues driver. I used Zoom long time and it was good but a little heavy to carry. Blues driver is light and it might be useful for touring overseas. <\/p>\n

I had to make a new effect pedals board because the sizes of effect pedals have been changed. <\/p>\n

I write down how to make it for your information. <\/p>\n

\u30db\u30fc\u30e0\u30bb\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u3084100\u5186\u30b7\u30e7\u30c3\u30d7\u3067\u63c3\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Materials:Medium Density Fiberboard (for this 20 x 45 x 0.3 cm), Rubber seat (thickness of 1mm), metal fittings for corner (2 each for a pedal), double-sticky tape, non-slip sheet<\/p>\n

You can find them at DIY stores and 100 yen shops<\/p>\n

Put non-slip set on the board<\/p>\n

Turn it over and mark the spot for the metal corner <\/p>\n

\n\u30de\u30fc\u30af\u3057\u305f\u3089\u3001\u91d1\u5177\u3092\u4e21\u9762\u30c6\u30fc\u30d7\u3067\u8cbc\u308a\u4ed8\u3051\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Stick them with double sticky tape. <\/p>\n

\n\u305d\u306e\u5185\u67a0\u306b\u3001\u30b4\u30e0\u30b7\u30fc\u30c8\u3092\u8cbc\u308a\u4ed8\u3051\u307e\u3059\u3002\u91d1\u5177\u306e\u4e0a\u306b\u306f\u4e00\u91cd\u3001\u305d\u308c\u4ee5\u5916\u306e\u6240\u306f\u4e8c\u91cd\u306b\u3057\u3066\u30a8\u30d5\u30a7\u30af\u30bf\u30fc\u306e\u56db\u9685\u306e\u9ad8\u3055\u304b\u5747\u4e00\u306b\u306a\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u306b\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Stick cutter rubber sheets on the metal corner. To prevent wobbliness, put one rubber sheet each on the corner metals and two sheets on the other corners. You can adjust by yourself. <\/p>\n

\u30d4\u30c3\u30af\u5165\u308c\u306e\u7f36\u3092\u8cbc\u308a\u3064\u3051\u3066\u3001\u30a8\u30d5\u30a7\u30af\u30bf\u30fc\u3092\u67a0\u306b\u5165\u308c\u305f\u3089\u51fa\u6765\u4e0a\u304c\u308a\uff01\uff01\u7740\u8131\u53ef\u80fd\u3067\u52d5\u304b\u306a\u304f\u3066\u4fbf\u5229\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

Stick a can for guitar picks and set the effect pedals on the board. Finally completed!!! It’s so useful because you can remove pedals and never slip off. <\/p>\n
