After 4 hours drive from New Jersey, we arrived at Washington DC!  I saw Washington monument from our van. <\/p>\n

Checked in the hotel and went to today’s Ramen restaurant, Haikan Ramen. It’s stylish. <\/p>\n

We got an interview of NPR’s The Salt and ordered Ramen. <\/p>\n

My order was Shoyu Ramen. The concept is Showa period Sapporo Ramen which the owner ate when he was young. Roasted soy sauce soup tastes good. The nooodles imported from Sapporo, Hokkaido Japan tasted so good.
