Naoko and Risa flew from Japan yesterday. I cooked pasta last night. \u00a0Naoko and I had strawberry and banana smoothie which I made and toast with lemon butter jam for breakfast. Risa slept until noon. Sleeping is important to charge energy! I cooked Japanese curry from morning and made grilled beef for lunch. I was in the kitchen more than usual. (lol)<\/p>\n
