Got up in the morning and ate walnut pastry from the Chinese bakery. Paul and Ben came to our hotel at 7am and drove us to the airport. There were very long lines in front of the baggage drop. Belt conveyor for carrying bags were broken. We joined with Ken who came to the airport by himself and waited at the priority line because he holds it of Virgin Air. Even priority, it took an hour to check in.<\/p>\n

We left Brisbane where we stayed 7 nights and went to Melbourne. I took a nap and played iPad game during 2.5 hours flight and I felt it was very short. We load our luggage at the baggage claim.<\/p>\n

Before we took everything, the belt conveyor stopped. The airline company forgot or left many pieces of baggage because of the confusion at the check in desks. My suitcase which contains my stage costumes, effect pedals and amp head didn’t arrive! If I can’t get it until the show tonight, how can I do? I felt dizzy when I was thinking of it. Many other bags for other people weren’t arrived.<\/p>\n

After all, our bags would be transported by the next flight, Paul and Ken would wait at the airport. We joined Greg from Gold Coast and Pete from Sydney at the airport and took a rent-a-car to a hotel. After we dropped off at the hotel, others went to the venue directly for sound check.<\/p>\n

We dropped off our luggage at the hotel room and went to an Asian restaurant for late lunch. Atsuko and Risa came here 2 years ago. I got cold at that time and waited in the room and they brought Pad Thai for me. Many other restaurants were closing during afternoon. This is one of the only restaurant around here which open afternoon. We came here necessarily.<\/p>\n

I ate fried rice. It was aromatic and yummy. A bit much salt and get thirsty, though.<\/p>\n

Dropped at a supermarket, I bought a bottle of soy milk and took a rest in the room. I was tired because should get up early, had to carry luggage and wait in a long line. I got a news from Paul around 6pm that our bags were arrived. I was relieved.<\/p>\n

We depart the hotel at 8:45pm by Ben’s drive with Pete and went to the venue.<\/p>\n
