April 1, 2005<\/p>\n

Very successful gig in Portland, too. People in Portland welcomed us very much as we had there for the first time in seven years.<\/p>\n

Next day we moved to Seattle, WA. We had sound check at a Chinese interior decorationed venue after getting some rest in a hotel. Had fried shrimp with honey mayonnaise for dinner. Excellent! Accompanied walnuts were also tasty.<\/p>\n

We found many friends there when we were back to the back stage. There were Craig, who is one of sound engineer staff of Nirvana and also recording engineer of a Shonen Knife album, and Rachel from VISQUEEN who toured with us in the first half. I met them after a long (or short) interval and enjoy the friendship with them. The venue was filled with good audience who was smiling and had a great atmosphere. The heated atmosphere made condensation from the air conditioner and I felt that on my right hand during the gig.<\/p>\n

The gig finished. That was the last live gig with Gore Gore Girls we toured in the second half, and we were photographed together.<\/p>\n

The following day, we had breakfast with Craig and talked over a life with tennis or many things. I heard that he had begun playing tennis three years before. Then we were headed to Vancouver. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
