It takes about 50 minutes by car to get from the hotel near Seattle Airport to Carnation. Naoko and I left the hotel at 11:00 and headed to the venue via Uber.<\/p>\n

We met up with the Shonen Knife team, who apparently arrived ten minutes before us.<\/p>\n

Surprise with cake! After Kris cut the cake to ensure everyone got a piece, Colin\u2014the big boss of this tour\u2014cut it further. My own boss, Naoko, helped out too. I even got to chat a little with Colin!<\/p>\n

Anthony, he is a sweet tooth. The cake was delicious.<\/p>\n

The dinner catering included salmon and chicken, and the mushroom risotto was delicious! I went back for seconds and brought back to the hotel.<\/p>\n
