インドネシアで地震があったなー。ちょっとでも何かできればなぁと思います。日本もやたら蒸し暑いので気をつけないとな。

ナイフグッズ、こんどはマフラータオル作りたいなー。サッカーの応援とかでヨーロッパの人とかが使ってるらしいです。わたし、サッカーは全然みないのでわからんとですが、夏にぴったりだな、タオルは。

写真は、昨年、シカゴのテレビ番組Chica-go-goに出たときにもらった記念の盾（たて）です。「もっとも遠いところから来たで賞」という賞です。面白いね。

ああ、相手の立場に立って、広い視野で物事を見つめたいです。しみじみ。

There was an earthquake in Indonesia. I can’t do much but I’d like to support. It’s very hot in Japan compared with usual year. We should be careful for the earthquake.

I want to make long sport towels for Shonen Knife merchant. I’ve heard that European football supporter use such kind of long towels. I don’t know much about soccer football but I think towels are good items for summer season.

This photo is a plate that we’ve got it when we attended a TV program called Chica-go-go in Chicago last year. It’s Furthest traveled award!. Sounds fun!

先週の金土、5月25日と26日、東京プロモ行って来た。朝5時半に起きて、7時30分の「のぞみ」に乗って江戸へ。午前11時から夕食の休憩挟んで午後 10時過ぎまでみっちりインタビュー、対談、写真撮影。しゃべりすぎて喉が痛くなったー。でも、わたしってしゃべるの遅いって人によく言われるんです。夜はくたくたになってすぐ就寝。でも、忘れちゃったけど変な夢いっぱい見た。

翌日も午前11時半から午後7時半までみっちり。なんとか終わって東京駅に向かい、駅近くでお蕎麦を食す。おいしかった。あっという間に帰りの乗車時間になって、ホームへ。大阪に着いて終電で家に帰ったら爆睡。

あ、こんなのって詳細版って程でもないかー。ははは。どの媒体に記事がでるのかは追ってお知らせしまーす。

I went to Tokyo for promotion on May 25 and 26, Thursday and Friday. I got up at 5:30 in the morning and went to Shin-Osaka station and got 7:30 Nozomi super express bound for Tokyo on 25th. Interviews were started from 11:00 a.m. I only had an hour break for dinner and it was finished around 10:00 p.m. I’ve got very tired and went to sleep soon but I had strange dreams.

The next day, I also had interviews from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. After all of them, I went to Tokyo station and had Soba noodles at a soba restaurant in the neighbours. It was delicious. The departure time of the train came soon and went back to Osaka. After I arrived my home, I was very tired and slept quickly.

Anyway, I’ll inform the name of magazines that I had interviews soon.

東京へプロモーションに行って来た。真島昌利氏、甲本ヒロト氏、ビートクルセイダースのヒダカトオル氏とそれぞれ雑誌の記事のための対談をした。みんなステキだったよ。

大阪行きの新幹線に乗る前に、お蕎麦を食べた。おいしかった！お蕎麦とお寿司は大阪より東京の方がおいしいね。また追って東京出張リポートの詳しいバージョンをアップしますね。

I’ve been to Tokyo for promotion. I talked with Masatoshi Mashima, Hiroto Komoto and Toru Hidaka of Beat Crusaders separetely for magazine’s stories. Everybody was so cool and lovely guy. It was so fun.

I ate Soba noodle just before taking a bullet train bound for Osaka. It was delicious. I think Soba noodle and Sushi in Tokyo more delicious than Osaka. I’ll update more details of my Tokyo trip soon.

ということで、諸々最新情報があったのですが、ホームページのリニューアルを進めていたのでちょっとためておきました。ここで一気に公開します！

まずは…
エッちゃんが正式メンバーになりました！3ピースバンドの少年ナイフ復活です！

彼女は2005年からずっとライブのサポートとして少年ナイフと活動を共にしてきました（実は2003年にも3回、サポートをお願いしてるんですけどね！）。
昨年の春にはアメリカー＆カナダツアーも一緒にまわりました。「GENKI SHOCK!」でも4曲、ドラムを叩いてもらっています。

これからは少年ナイフの一員としてますます活躍してくれることと思います。皆さんもエッちゃんへの応援、よろしくお願いします！

トリビュートアルバム＆ライブアルバム同時発売！

少年ナイフは今年、結成25周年！それを祝して日本のロックシーンを代表するアーティストの皆さんがトリビュートアルバムに参加してくれました！皆さん、本当にありがとうございます！！
また、同時リリースで昨年12/17、大阪ファンダンゴで行われた「Space Xmas」の模様を中心に納めたライブアルバムがリリースされます。
ライブバンドとしても評価が高いナイフですが、正式なフルライブアルバムは実はこれが初めて！地元大阪でファンの声援に応えて展開される爆裂した演奏がCDいっぱいに詰め込まれています。

トリビュートアルバム、ライブアルバム共に現在はトップページの「TOPIX」枠での紹介となっていますが、そのうち「Discs」のコーナーでもさらに詳しくご紹介します！

また、7/4には少年ナイフがレコード会社のユニバーサルに在籍していた時代の曲を中心としたベスト盤、「Universal Hit’s」が発売されます。詳しくは追ってお知らせしますが、ナイフビギナーからナイフィストまで、喜んでもらえる選曲に仕上がる予定です！

エッちゃんが正式メンバーになったこともあり、ホームページをリニューアルしました！
なんと、これからは携帯からも利用していただけるようになりました！

We had many news about Shonen Knife but I wanted to announce at the time when the renew of our official web. So now, it is the time to announce many new information.

At first…
Etsuko became an official members of Shonen Knife. 3 piece band Shonen Knife is coming back again!
She supported the band since 2005. Actually, she supported three times in 2003.
Last spring, she went to U.S. and Canada tour with Naoko and Atsuko. In Genki Shock! album, she played the drums for 4 songs.

I think she will take an active part for Shonen Knife. Please keep watch and cheer up her.

Then…

A tribute album and Live album will be released at the same time!

This year is 25 years anniversary of Shonen Knife. For celebrate it, Japanese rock stars joined the album. Thank you everybody!
And live album will be released, too. It was recorded mainly on December 17, 2005 at Osaka Fandango. The show was Space Xmas.

Everybody loves their shows because they are very fun. This became the first full version live album. It’s cheerful, fun, fantastic show at their home town Osaka.

The tribute album and live album was introduced at the top page of this site. Also we’ll introduce at Discs corner soon.

And on July 4th, Shonen Knife best hits album called Shonen Knife Universal Hits will be released from Universal records in Japan. The songs were selected the decade of Universal. I’ll inform more details soon but anyway, I think this album can make everybody fun from the beginner of Shonen Knife to old fans.

A few days ago, I saw the Rolling Stones Hyde Park Concert on TV. I remember it was in 1968. Just 2 days ago of the concert, Brian Johnes passed away. It was a free concert and the promoter said more than 100,000 people was gathered but I think the sound system in 1968 was not so progressed like now. I’m sure just a few thousand people around the stage can listen the music

Anyway, I want to say. I found Joey Ramone in the video. I don’t know it was Joey or not but a man looks like Joey was dancing around the stage when the band was playing Satisfaction. The man was dancing at the staff area. Don’t you know the truth? Was it Joey?

先日、NHK-BS2の番組「黄金のライブ」でローリングストーンズ、ライブアットハイドパークを見た。1968年のライブだそうです。そのライブのほんの2日前にブライアン・ジョーンズが死亡したのだと。そのライブは、フリーコンサートで主催者発表では10万人が集まったということだけど、ホントかな。いずれにせよ、当時のPAシステムじゃステージ周りの数千人しか音楽を聴くことができなかっただろう。

ともかく、そのコンサートでジョーイ・ラモーンらしき人を見かけたのだ！！！バンドが「サティスファクション」を演奏してるときに、スタッフエリアで踊っている一人の男性が映し出されて、それがどうもジョーイに似てるんだな。ジョーイなんだろうかどうだろうか、誰か知らない？
