September 13 Stickyz Rock’n’roll Chicken Shack, Little Rock

朝ごはんは食堂から、食パンもらってきて、ピーナツバター、ジャムサンド。アメリカ〜んなのを作った。1991年Nirvanaのサポートでツアーした時、楽屋でKurtが食べるか？言うて聞いてくれたのが、このサンド。この味、今なら食べられる。

I brought a piece of bread from hotel breakfast and spread peanut butter and jam on it. It’s very American. When I toured with Nirvana in 1991, Kurt offered me this one at a dressing room. I was surprised because I have never eaten jam and peanut butter altogether. It was too sweet. But I can eat or I like this taste now.

11時に出発。ミシシッピ川かな？

We departed the hotel at 11am. Passing through Mississippi River, I think.

ガソリンスタンドで給油。

Filled fuel.

ガソリンスタンドにこういう体重計あるけど、お金入れても動かない時たまにあるからな〜。

I sometimes see this kind of weight meter but sometimes does not work even if I put coins.

そこからしばらく走って昼食は、メキシコ料理店へ。

Driving a while and went to have lunch at a Mexican restaurant.

内装が面白い。Unique interior.

フィッシュタコ1つ頼んだ。チップ入れて3ドル。おいしかった。

I ordered one fish taco. It costs 3 dollars including tip. Yummy.

ホテルに着いて1時間休憩。プールは使えないみたい。部屋の洗面台に掃除の雑巾置きっ放しだった。何日か前は、使ったタオル置きっ放しのホテルもあったなぁ。それより、血を吸う小さいブヨが部屋に何匹か居たのが困る。

We arrived the hotel and had an hour rest. Swimming pool was closed. A dust cloth was left in our bathroom. Someday ago at a different hotel, used towel was left in the bathroom, too. More than that, I was annoyed about many gnats flying in the room.
