Tuesday, November 3rd Travel Day from Sydney to Omaru NZ
朝６時５０分のシャトルでホテルからシドニー空港へ行きました。
We went to Sydney airport by hotel shuttle at 6:50am.

荷物を預けて搭乗券をもらって９時発のエミレーツでニュージーランドのクライストチャーチへ飛びました。３時間１５分のフライトの後クライストチャーチ到着。出口で我々のエージェントのザンが待っていてくれました。約２年ぶりの再会です。レンタカーを借りてザンの運転でオマルーへ。
After checking our luggage and receiving our boarding passes, we departed for Christchurch, New Zealand, on an Emirates flight scheduled for 9:00. We arrived in Christchurch after a three-hour-and-15-minute flight, where our agent, Xan, was waiting for us at the exit—our first reunion in about two years. We picked up a rental car, and with Xan’s driving, we headed toward Oamaru.

オマルー到着。ブリュワリーでピザとイカ天を食べました。
Arrived at Omaru. We had dinner at a brewery and ate pizza and caramari.

B＆Bに入って、荷物を置いたのち、ペンギンが巣に帰ってくる様子を見に行きました。VIPチケットを明日のサポートバンドGY-ROのマーティンが用意してくれました。一番小さい種類のペンギンたちがちょこちょこ歩く様子はかわいかったです。見てるときはめちゃくちゃ冷えました。お客さんの９０％は中国からの方のようで、解説も英語と中国語の両方でされていました。
After arriving at the B&B and dropping off our luggage, we went to watch the penguins returning to their nests. Martin, from our supporting band GY-RO, had arranged VIP tickets for us. It was adorable to watch the smallest species of penguins waddling about. It was freezing cold while we were watching them! It seems that 90% of the visitors are from China, so the commentary was provided in both English and Chinese.

ペンギンは撮影禁止なので、はく製の写真を添付します。B&Bに帰り就寝するも、とても寒かったです。
Photography of the penguins is prohibited, so I have attached a photo of a taxidermied specimen instead. After returning to the B&B and going to bed, I found it to be extremely cold.
