昨夜はいつもと別系列のホテルに泊まったので、朝ご飯のラインナップが少し違います。わたしの大好きなお砂糖をまぶしたコーンフレーク、個別包装の牛乳、オレンジジュースがありました。
We stayed the different chain hotel as usual last night and the breakfast meal was a bit different. There were my favorite frosted cornflakes, small pack of milk and bottled orange juice.
ホテルをチェックアウトしてデンバーを目指します。広い。
We checked out the hotel and offed to Denver. The ground is so huge.
サービスエリアでクマのぬいぐるみと写真を撮りました。この辺は熊が多いのかな。
I took a picture with a big stuffed bear at a gas station. Are there many bears around here?
ホテルへ行ったもののお部屋の準備がまだで、荷物だけ預けて会場へ。時間が余ったので各自食べ物を探しに近隣へ。りさちゃんはVoo Doo Donutsへ。みよこさんはアサイーボウルを買いに。わたしは特に何も買いませんでした。
We arrived at a hotel but the rooms are not ready. We dropped our suitcases and went to the venue. We had spare time and each of us walked around the venue to look for food. Risa went to Voo Doo Donuts. Miyoko went to buy Acai Bowl. I bought nothing.
道を歩いていたらお犬さまがショーウィンドウにいるではありませんか洋裁大好き！なご主人が営む手作り服や生地のお店でした。ここで、あつこさんはヴィンテージの生地をお買い上げ。
Walking along the street, there was a dog in a show window. It was a handmade clothes and textile shop which was owned by a woman who love handmade. Atsuko bought some textiles here.
会場の近くには何と！日本の古着古道具チェーンのセカンドストリートがありました！
I found “2nd Street” which is a Japanese 2nd hand goods store chain.
その後会場へ帰ってサウンドチェック、レコードにサインなど済ませました。会場内部はこんな感じです。
Then we went back to the venue and did soundcheck and autographed on vinyls. Inside of the venue is like this.
その後、メンバーと美代子さんとでラーメンを食べに行きました。ラーメン屋さんがあるなんで珍しい。Uncleというお店。大変おいしかったです。豚の角切りぐらいに大きなチャーシューが3切れも入っていました。ほろほろに柔らかかったです。
After that, we went to eat Ramen noodles with Miyoko. It is rare to find Ramen restaurant. The name of the restaurant was Uncle. Ramen was so delicious. Three pieces of big roasted pork were in a bowl. They were crumbly and soft.
会場に戻り、ライブの準備。楽屋でりさちゃんの差し入れのドーナッツをいただきました。ごちそうさま。創作的ドーナッツです。
Went back to the venue and prepared for the show. I had Voo Doo Donuts which was Risa gave me. Thanks a lot. It’s a creative donut.
サポートのThe Pack A.D.のライブが終わりました。メンバーのベッキーさんとマヤさんは、ライブ後すごく息切れがしていて、ベッキーさんは携帯用酸素ボンベで吸入しておられました。デンバーは標高が1600メートルとのことで、ちょっとした高山病になったみたいです。彼らのマネージャーのライアンはサウンドチェックの時から体調を崩したそうです。
The support, The Pack A.D. ‘s show had finished. Beckie and Maya form the band had short breath. Beckie used a handy oxygen cylinder. The altitude of Denver is 1600 meters and they had altitude sickness. Their manager Rian had it before soundcheck.
そして我々の出番。デンバーは何度もライブしているし、標高は意識しなければ気づかなかったことです。我々は通常通り、元気にライブできました。むしろ、通常より気圧が低い方がジャンプが軽快だったのでは？！
Then our sow time! I played in Denver many times and if I didn’t have any conscious, I didn’t notice it has high altitude. We could play cheerfully as usual. I might could jump higher than usual with high altitude?!
ライブは大変盛り上がって無事終了！1994年にも見に来てくださった方が、当時私たちと一緒に撮った写真を見せてくださいました。しみじみ。また来てくださってありがとうございます！！
Our show went well with cheerful, friendly audience. Thanks a lot! A woman showed me a picture when we came here in 1994. She came to our show again! Cool.
ホテルに帰ってトラベルマルチクッカーで、おそうめんを1束ゆでて東マルの粉末麺スープで食べて就寝。
Went back to the hotel and I made Somen Noodles with my travel cooker with a bag of powder bonito soup and ate. Then went to bed.
