ホテルの部屋でインスタントのたらこスパゲティを作って昼食。そのあとすぐzoomインタビュー。そのあと会場へ。こちら会場のThe Record Bar。７，８年前に出たことあります。
Using an instant sauce, I made cod roe spaghetti for lunch and ate in my hotel room. Soon after that, I did zoom interview. Then we drove to the venue The Record Bar. I have ever played here 7 or 8 years ago.

機材搬入してから音を出してサウンドチェックができる時間になるまで１時間ありました。その間、ひたすらポスターやらレコードにサインをしました。サウンドチェックもツアー中盤ともなると慣れたもので、ささっと済ませられます。そのあと、夕食へ。あつこさんとりさちゃんは近隣の韓国料理店へ行かれました。わたしは、健康食中心の食堂へ。鮭ののったサラダを食べました。おいしかったです。野菜が摂れてよかったです。
We had an hour between load in and the okay time to make noise for sound check. We autographed on so many posters and vinyl at that spare time. Mostly the half of our tour date had passed, we can finish soundcheck quickly. Then dinner time. Atsuko and Risa went to a Korean restaurant nearby. I went to an eatery which serves a kind of healthy menu. I had grilled salmon salad. It was yummy. I could eat a lot of vegetables.

そのあと、スーパーへ行き、赤ワインの小瓶４本セットなどを買いました。そして、カフェへ行きカプチーノを購入。濃いコーヒーはおいしいわ。
Then I went to a supermarket and bought 4 bottles of small size red wine. After that, I went to a café to buy cappuccino. Strong coffee tasted so good.

会場へ戻って出演準備して、本番！楽しいお客さんたちと楽しいひと時を過ごせました。ご来場ありがとうございます！
Went back to the venue and prepared for the show. Then show time! I could have a very good time with good, fun audience. Thank you for coming!

ホテルに帰ってワインをおいしくいただき就寝。
Went back to the hotel, drunk wine and went to bed.
