We arrived at the hotel around 6:30pm. But it has time difference. So, it was 7:30pm. And then we went to the buffet restaurant for dinner.

ホテルに着いたのが午後6時半頃。が、しかし！時差があるのですでに7時半になってました。なんだか損した気分。 それからすぐに食べ放題のレストランにみんなで行きました。

Surf and turf？  肉と魚！

Desserts!   デザート！

I did 18min cardio. I sweat. Feels good!

18分だけ有酸素運動して汗かきました。気持ちいいです！
