ここ数日、emailのアカウントが乗っ取られて、メールが送れなくなり、修復に手間がかかってほんとに不便しています。過去にもヨーロッパで同じことがありました。悪い奴ら、ええかげんにしてほしいです。
さて、今日は快晴。空気が乾燥していて大変気持ちいい。洗濯ものもすぐ乾きます。ただ、手はカサカサになります。
For the past few days, my email account has been compromised, leaving me unable to send emails; the recovery process has been quite a hassle, and it’s been a real inconvenience. Something similar happened to me once before, back in Europe. I really wish these bad actors would just quit it!
Anyway, it’s a beautiful, clear day today. The air is dry and feels wonderful. My laundry is drying quickly but my hands are getting quite dry and chapped.

朝、ホテルの台所で作ったハムサンドを食べました。
I had ham sandwich which I made at the kitchen in our hotel room for branch.

さて、13時半にホテルを出発し、ポールの運転でWilliam Ricketts Sanctuaryという場所へ行きました。今晩の会場から車で15分ほどの場所にあります。緑豊かな山の上の方のエリアで、William Rickettsという方が山の小道に自身で作った彫刻をたくさん配している場所です。めちゃマイナスイオンあふれる場所でした。30分ほど散策して山向こうの会場へ向かいました。
We left the hotel at 13:30 and went to William Ricketts Sanctuary by Paul’s driving. It’s located about a 15-minute drive from the venue for tonight gig. Situated high up on a lush, green mountain, the site features numerous sculptures created by a man named William Ricketts, which are placed along the mountain trails. The air there was absolutely brimming with negative ions. After strolling around for about 30 minutes, we set off for the venue on the other side of the mountain.

今夜の会場はこちら。おしゃれな内装です。機材搬入して、サウンドチェックを済ましました。今日のサウンド担当は会場の方、とてもやさしい方でありがたい！

その後、隣のインド料理店へ行き、早めの晩御飯を食べました。バターチキンカレー、おいしかったです。添えてあったナンもとてもおいしかったです。チャイも量がたっぷりあって満足でした。
Then three of us went to an Indian restaurant next to the venue and had a bit early dinner. Butter chicken curry was tasty. Naan was good, too. There was also a generous serving of chai, it was good.

食後に会場に戻り、ライブの準備をしました。今日は楽屋があったし、時間に余裕がありました。お客さんは大変楽しんでくださった様子。お客さんにいっぱい声をかけて頂きました。撤収時に手伝って下さるお客さんがおられたり、日本語で話しかけてくださるお客さんが複数おられたり、みなさん大変フレンドリーで嬉しかったです。

After the meal, we returned to the venue to prepare for the live performance. We had a dressing room today, and enough time to get ready. The audience seemed to thoroughly enjoy the show, and many of them came up to talk to us. Some even helped us with the load out, and several people spoke to me in Japanese. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, which made me very happy.

ポールさんの運転で約1時間弱、メルボルンのホテルに帰り、シャワーを浴びて、ワインをちょっと頂いて就寝。

Paul drove us back to our hotel in Melbourne, a trip of just under an hour. Then I took a shower, had a little wine, and went to bed.
