大学の敷地内の学生寮に泊まっています。夏休み中はホテルとして安く泊まれるのです。中はめちゃくちゃシンプル。

We were staying at dormitories building.  The university lets the dormitory as a hotel during summer break. We can stay reasonable price. It’s very simple inside the room.

お昼はペップさんと4人でパブに行きました。

We went to a pub for lunch with Pep.

ジャーン！ステーキ！たまには牛肉でパワーチャージ。

Ta-da! Steak!  I needed a energy!

こちらのスコットランドの英雄は悲しい最期を遂げたとペップさんが教えてくれました。

Pep told me about story the end of Scottish hero.

昼食後はりさちゃんはモールでお買い物、直子と私は丘の上のお城を見に行きました。

After lunch, Risa wanted to go shopping, Naoko and I went to see Stirling castle.

坂道を登って、階段を上って〜。£16の入場料を支払って見学だー！

We climbed up the stairs. We paid entrance fee and looked around!

歴女では無いけど、なかなか興味深かったです。

I really enjoyed seeing castle.

お城からは£1払ってこの乗り物で街まで行きました。楽ちん！そして買い物を済ませたりさちゃんと合流。スーパー寄って宿舎に帰りました。

Naoko and I took a ride from the castle.  Risa enjoyed her shopping. We stopped at a grocery store and went back to the accommodation.

直子が乾燥機をかけるのに便乗しようとついて行った。けれど、基本的に寮生用なので小銭は使えなく、カードを買ってチャージしなくてはいけないので諦める事に。

Naoko wanted to use dryer. But it doesn’t take coins. She had to buy card and charge it. So she gave up to use it.

2ポンド無駄になったと嘆く直子。

Naoko waisted £2 for buying laundry card.

あまりお腹が空いて無かったので、部屋でチーズにワイン飲んでブログ書いてお休みなさ〜い。

Naoko and I were not so hungry. We had cheese and wine in the room.  I wrote my blog and went to bed.

りさちゃんはペップさんと晩ごはんに行って昼ごはんより大きなステーキを食べたそうな。よかったね。

Risa and Pep went to a pub for dinner. She ate bigger steak than lunch again. It was good for Risa!
