今日はいよいよツアー最終日。今回はMen At Work、Toad The Wet SprocketとShonen Knifeの３バンドで回るツアーと少年ナイフがヘッドライナーのライブが３本というものでした。ヘッドライナーのMen At Work、そのひとつ前のToad The Wet Sprocket、両バンド共とてもポップで素晴らしい音楽です。わたしも本当に良い勉強になりました。移動距離が長くて大変でしたが、それ以外は毎日おいしいケータリングは出してもらえるし、ステージのセッティングもしてもらえるし、恵まれた環境でした。
It’s the final day of the tour! This tour consisted of the supported shows for Men At Work with Toad the Wet Sprocket and three of our headlining shows. Both Men At Work and Toad the Wet Sprocket are great bands. Their music was so wonderful. It became a very good experience for me. This tour was fantastic, long drives were so hard for me, though. We were provided with delicious catering every day and our crew sat up the stage which were in a truly fortunate environment.
さて、この日は朝８時にホテル発。こんなところを通って。

渋滞も多々発生していました。
Traffic jams were happening.
道中、みよこさんがシナモンロールを買ってくださり、車内で頂きました。ありがとうございます！
Miyoko bought cinnamon rolls for us and I ate them in the van. Thanks a lot!
午後１時半ごろ到着し、楽屋に荷物を置いて先に腹ごしらえをしに行きました。私にとっては、ロサンゼルスのダウンタウンはニューヨークのマンハッタンのイメージがします。高いビルが多く建っていて、徒歩圏内にいろいろレストランがあります。メンバー３人で会場向かいのお寿司とラーメンのお店へ行き、ラーメンを食べました。私はベジラーメン。ベジラーメンと言えば、2025年大阪万博で2回食べたなぁ。
We arrived at the venue around 1:30 and left our luggage at the dressing room. Then went to eat late lunch. Down town Los Angeles reminds me of New York, New York. There are tall buildings and many restaurants in walk distance. Three of us went to a Japanese style Sushi and Ramen restaurant on the other side of the venue and ate Ramen. I ordered Vege-Ramen. Talking of Vege-Ramen, I ate it at Osaka-Expo 2025 twice.

Inside is gorgeous classical style. How nice!
最終日、ということで我らがキングオブポップ、コリン大先生と写真を撮ってもらいました。今までは、畏れ多くて写真を一緒に撮ってもらうのを頼むことさえ気が引けていました。とてもお優しい方です。有難い。
It was the tour final show and we asked to Colin, the King of Pop, to take pictures with us. I was so ashamed to ask it to him. He is so gentle, and warm heart person. It was so thankful.
サウンドチェックののち、本番。たくさんのお客さんが見てくださいました。スタンディングオベーションもありがとうございました！
After soundcheck, our show time came! There were a big audience. Thank you for standing ovation at our show!
ライブの後、グッズコーナーでサイン会をしました。サイン待ちの列が場外まで並んでいたそうです。有難い！
We had autograph session after show at the merch booth. Very long queue continued to outside was occurred. So thankful!
その後、ステージ袖やら、3階席からToad The Wet Sprocket、そしてMen At Workのライブを見せてもらいました。素晴らしい音楽。
Then I saw Toad The Wet Sprocket and Men At Wrok shows from the side of the stage and the 3rd floor seat. Their music are so wonderful.
お腹が空いたので、持ち帰りにしていたエビの天ぷらロールを楽屋で食べました。おいしい。
I got hungry and ate Tempura Rolls which I took away from the restaurant we went for lunch in the dressing room. It was so tasty.
帰りしな、駐車場で色んな人と別れを惜しみ挨拶したり写真を撮ったりしました。こちらの写真はToadのドラマーと。
As I was leaving, I spent time in the parking lot saying reluctant goodbyes, exchanging greetings, and taking photos with various people. This photo is with the drummer from Toad.

片づけて宿に入り就寝。ライブを見に来てくださったお客さん、Men At Workのみなさん、Colinさん、Toadの皆さん、ツアーでお世話になったクルー方々、私たちのアメリカのレーベル、Good Charamel RecordsのRobbyさん、みよこさん、我々のスタッフに感謝いたします。みんな、ありがとう！アメリカの皆さん、また次回お会いできるのを楽しみにしております!
We packed up, headed to our accommodation, and went to bed. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who came out to the shows, the members of Men At Work, Colin, the members of Toad The Wet Sprocket, the tour crew who took such good care of us, Robby and Miyoko from our US label Good Charamel Records, and our crew. Thank you, everyone! I look forward to seeing you again in the US next time!
