May 23rd One day off in London
５月２３日（金）ロンドンで休日
おはようございます！ホテルは朝食がないので昨日スーパーで売れ残り割引きになってて39ペンスで購入したパンと紅茶を部屋で。おいしいです。
Good morning! This hotel doesn’t have breakfast. I had a discounted bread as 39p which I bought at a supermarket yesterday and a cup of tea. That’s fine.
朝１０時にみんなでバスと地下鉄を乗り継ぎOxford Circus近辺散策へ。まずデパートLibertyのカフェに行き、2時から始まるというアフタヌーンティーを予約。2時までいろいろお店めぐりをしました。
We left the hotel at 10am and went to around Oxford Circus by bus and underground. We went to a café at a department store Liberty first and made a reservation for Afternoon Tea which starts from 2pm. We walked around shoppers there.
バスにUSBついてた。ここ２年で進化。

Liberty デパート。ここの小花模様のプリント生地は有名です。

おもちゃのデパートHamleysも行きました。
We went to Hamleys which is a big toy store.
そして、待望のアフタヌーンティーの時間。一人50ポンドです。かなり贅沢ですが、ヨーロッパツアーがんばったので打ち上げ。約45分待ってやっと出てきました。お腹がかなり空いていたので一番下の段はぺろりと食べました。真ん中の段のスコーンを食べたところでお腹が満足して、上の段は持ち帰りにしてもらいました。他のみんなは完食。そこからまたお店めぐり。14500歩も歩きました。何も買いませんでしたが。
Then 2pm came finally. It was a time of Afternoon tea. It cost GBP 50 per person. It may be a bit extravagant but we did our best for European shows and it is prize for us. After 45 minutes, Afternoon Tea was served. I was very hungry and ate the bottom plate food quickly but my stomach was contented when I ate a scone on the middle plate. I couldn’t eat the top plate sweets. I got a box and took away them. Everyone but me ate everything. Then we saw shoppers. Totally I walked 14500 steps today. I bought nothing.
いったんホテルに戻り、わたしとあつこは近所の中華料理店で夕食。りさちゃんと物販ヘルパーは和食を食べに行ったようです。
We went back to the hotel. Atsuko and I went to a Chinese restaurant for dinner. Risa and our merch girl went to a Japanese restaurant.
部屋に帰りワインをいただきおやすみなさい。
Went back to the hotel room and had red wine. Then slept.
