10月23日（木）長距離移動日　サクラメント CAからポートランド OR
Thursday, October 23rd Long Drive Day from Sacramento CA to Portland OR

今日はツアー中一番の長距離移動日。その移動距離、930キロメートル、アメリカだと580マイルほどかな。大阪から仙台までの距離とだいたい同じぐらいの距離を移動します。10時間ほどかかる予定。朝ご飯はホテルでワッフル小を焼いて食べました。
It’s the longest travel day today. The distance is 930km, 580mile. It is the mostly same distance between Osaka and Sendai. It may take 10 hours drive. I made a small waffle at the breakfast dinning at the hotel in the morning.

朝9時にホテルを出発。車内でひたすらブログ書き。途中の風景。山頂に雪が積もっています。
We left the hotel at 9am. I’ve been writing my blog in the van. The scenery on the way. We can see snow at the top of the far away mountain.

道中弁当は、昨日スーパーで買ったお弁当のごはんの残り半分をおにぎりにして朝、電子レンジでぬくめた（あたためた）もの。
I had lunch in the van. I had a rice ball which I warm the leftover steamed rice from the bento box from yesterday’s supermarket using a microwave in the hotel room.

夕方、ポートランドまであと２時間ぐらいの地点でみんなで食事することにしました。アンソニーが選んだお店は蒸し中華のお店、BAO BAO HOUSE。アンソニーとジャムと、食事が来るまで折り紙しました。
Around 4pm or 5pm, it was 2 hours drive away from Portland, we went to have meal. This restaurant BAO BAO HOUSE is a steamed Chinese restaurant which Anthony chose. I did Origami with Anthony and Jam.

蒸餃子を食べました。ツアー中食べたものの中で１，２を争うおいしさでした。
I had steamed dumplings. It was so delicious. Might be the first or second prize of tasty dishes during this tour.

全員で食事できるのは今回これが最後かも！記念撮影。
It must be the last meal with everyone. I took a picture.

夜８時ごろ無事ホテルに到着。ジャムとアンソニー、運転お疲れさまでした。夜９時過ぎに遅めの夜食として、ホテルの部屋でトラベルクッカーを使ってスパゲティーをゆでて、インスタントのスパゲティーソースで食べました。そろそろ飽きてきたけど、お腹を満たすには十分です。おやすみなさい。
We arrived at the hotel around 8pm. Thanks for driving. Great job, Jam and Anthony! Using my travel multi cooker. I made instant spaghetti in my room. I got tired of instant spaghetti a bit but it is enough to fill my stomach. Good night.
