いよいよ「ナイフの日」7月12日がやってきました！
昨日の今日で荷物をかたづける暇もなく昼過ぎ会場へ。会場は、いつもお世話になっているANIMA。きれいでステージが高くてよいところ。少年ナイフ国内ベーシストの、なるちゃんがグッズコーナー等、諸々お手伝いをしてくれました。少年ナイフのオフィシャルフォトグラファーの太田さんも来てくれました。昼食は近所の「モスバーガー」へ買い出しに行き、照り焼きハンバーガーのサラダセットを楽屋で食べました。マヨネーズが好きなんです。そしてサウンドチェック。

“712 Day” has come! July 12th is Shonen Knife Day! Yay!

I went to today’s venue in the after noon with no time to sort my bags from yesterday. The venue is Shinsaibashi ANIMA which we play once a year. It has high stage and clean room. Our domestic bassist Naru came to help merch. Tomoko, our official photographer came, too. Atsuko and I went to buy MOS BURGER to buy hamburgers. I ate Teriyaki hamburger and salad at the dressing room. I love mayo in jamburger. Then sound check.

あっという間に本番、まずは、Regurgitatorが３０分演奏しました。

Then show time! Regurgitator played 30 set for opened up.

そのあと我々が約70分演奏しました。ぱんぱんの会場、たいへん盛り上がりました。

Then we played around 70 min set. The venue was packed and the audience was so energetic. Thank you for coming!!!!!

ライブ後、グッズコーナーでサイン会しました。Ｔシャツ、新作「Let’s Knife Re-Cut」などほとんどの商品が売り切れ。誠にありがとうございました。大阪でも高校の同級生が数名来てれました。嬉しい限りです。
ライブの後、Regurgitatorと記念撮影しました。

After show, we did autograph session at the merch table. Most of all items, T-shirts, new album “Let’s Knife Re-cut”, were sold out. Thank you so much. Some of my high school mates came to the show in Osaka, too. I was happy.

別れを惜しみつつ帰宅。また10月に少年ナイフのオーストラリアツアーで会えるのを楽しみにしています。
ご来場いただいたお客様、ありがとうございました。スタッフのみんな、ANIMAのみなさんもお疲れさまでした！
いよいよ明後日はアメリカへ向かいます。

We headed home, reluctant to part ways. I look forward to seeing everyone again in October during Shonen Knife’s Australian tour.

The day after tomorrow, we finally head to the United States.
