朝ごはんは部屋で昨日台湾のパン屋さんで買ったパンとホテルロビーからもらってきたコーヒー。
I had a pastry from Taiwanese bakery yesterday and a cup of coffee from the hotel lobby for breakfast in the room.
りさちゃん、みよこさんとクルーは前泊地から直接会場へ。あつこさんと私は11時にシアトルの宿をチェックアウトして、あつこさんの携帯でUberを呼びました。黄色いターバンを付けたインド系ドライバーが迎えに来てくれました。そこから約４５分で会場へ。Uberに乗る距離が遠いのでちょっと緊張しましたが、優しい運転手さんで安心しました。道は混んでいますが、２人以上乗っている車だけが走っても良い左側のレーンは空いていました。会場近くになり山の木立の間を走ります。
Risa, Miyoko and our crew come to the venue directly from the place they stayed. Atsuko and I checked out the hotel at 11am and we ordered Uber via Atsuko’s smart phone. An Indian driver who wore yellow turban came to the hotel to pick us up. Then we had 45minutes drive to the venue. I was a little nervous that the distance to the venue was a bit long but the driver was a good person and I got relaxed. There were a lot of cars on the way, a bit traffic jam, but a car of more than 2 passengers can drive on the left lane and it was not crowded. Closed to the venue and driving in the forest.

会場に到着。
Arrived at the venue.
ステージ近くに停めてもらい、車を降りたら、向こうからみよこさんたちが歩いてこられました。テントの楽屋に荷物を置いて、ケータリングへ昼ご飯を食べに行きました。プルドポークとコールスローサラダをパンにはさみます。おいしかったです。
We got of the Uber close to the stage and Miyoko and everyone was walking toward us. I left my luggage in our dressing room tent and went to catering tent for lunch. I got pulled pork and coleslaw salad sandwich. It was delicious.
とても暑かったです。
It was so warm.
しばらくしてサウンドチェック。直射日光を浴びながら。エフェクターのインジケーターが見えないので「庇」を作りました。
Then sound check was started. I toward to the sunlight. I couldn’t see the indicator of my effect pedals and made shades.

17時からMen At Workのツアーマネージャー、Krisさんのお誕生サプライズをするとの通達。舞台監督のMikeさんがケーキをもって来られ、みんなでHappy Birthdayを唄いました。Krisさんがケーキを切る図。
We got an information that the Birthday surprise for Men At Work’s tour manager Kris will be held from 17:00. Stage manager Mike brought cake and everyone there sang Happy Birthday song. Kris was cutting the cake.
その後、このツアーの大将Colin（Mr. Men At Work）自らがケーキの切り分けをされたのでお手伝いしました。
After that, the King of this tour, King of Pop Colin from Men At Work started to cut cake and I helped it.

何と！Shonen Knife Tシャツを着てくださっております。感謝感激。
What honor! He was wearing Shonen Knife T-shirt! I was so impressed and happy.
ケーキ甘い。
It was very sweet cake.
その後、ケータリングへ行き夕食。きのこのリゾット、たいへん美味しくてお代わりをして持ち帰りにしました。
After that we went to catering and had dinner. Mushroom risotto was so delicious and I got another bite for take away.
ライブ直前の図。
Just before the show.
ライブは夕方になり直射日光も多少はましになりましたが、まだ暑いです。ステージ上の扇風機が役に立ちます。ライブは盛況のうちに無事終了。ありがとうございました！
Our show started from 6pm and the sunbeam became a bit lower but still very hot. Fans on stage were useful.
Our show finished safely with fantastic reaction of the audience. Thanks a lot!
サイン会へと向かいました。シアトル郊外という事で、「90年代から少年ナイフのライブに来てるよ」というお客さんも結構おられました。沢山のお客さんが来てくださったのでToad The Wet Sprocketのライブが始まる時間となりました。ステージでToadのGlenさんが「このツアーも終盤、少年ナイフのステージを見られるのもあと数回、さみしいです」みたいな内容のMCをして下さり、感謝感激。
We went to the merch booth for autograph session. Today’s venue is close to Seattle and some audience said that they came to see us from 90’s. Many people came to our booth and Toad The Wet Sprocket show begun.Glen from Toad said like this on stage “This tour will be almost finished and I miss to see Shonen Knife show.”. I was very honored and happy.
サイン会終了後、楽屋への帰りしな、看板の前で写真を撮りました。
On the way to the dressing room, I took a picture in front of the sign.
フードトラックも出ていました。
Food Truck was there.
顔はめをしたりしました。顔をはめる穴の位置が高すぎ。
We put our faces on the picture board. The place of the holes were at too high for us.
荷物をまとめて、バンに乗り込んで、ホテルにチェックイン。きのこリゾットをおつまみにビールを頂き就寝。物販の清算があるのでみよこさんとJamは会場に戻り最後までおられました。大変お疲れさまでした。
We took our luggage and got in the van, then checked in the hotel. I had beer with the mushroom risotto and went to bed. Miyoko and Jam went back to the venue for settlement. Thank you for working until late.
