Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th October Travel Day from Osaka to Melbourne

12日（月）はスポーツの日で祝日。早朝に関空へ。昨日まで暑かったけど、今日は涼しくなりました。出国ゲートへ向かいます。
It was a National Holiday of “Sports Day” on Monday 12th in Japan. We went to Osaka-Kansai airport early in the morning. It was hot yesterday but got better today. We offed to the departure gate.

今回は、関空からシンガポール経由でメルボルンへ。シンガポールまでは機内満席。映画を観つつ居眠りしつつ割とあっという間の5時間半。見る映画はほとんど邦画です。機内食はおいしかったです。
We took flight to Melbourne. From Osaka via Singapore to Melbourne. The flight from Osaka to Singapore was totally full. I spent time watching movies and 5 hours and a half passed quickly. Movies I watch on board is mostly Japanese films. Flight meal was yummy.

シンガポールで乗り換え。同じターミナル。しばし時間を持て余した後、やっと搭乗。映画を見ながら夕食が出されるのを待ちましたがなかなか出てこない。搭乗後３時間ぐらいたってやっと食べられました。おかげで１時間半ぐらいしか寝られず。

Transferred at Singapore. Terminal is the same. We killed time and got on board after 2,3 hours. I was waiting the flight meal because I wanted to sleep but it hasn’t been served for 3 hours after boarding. Thus, I slept only 1.5 hours.

翌１３日早朝、メルボルン到着時は眠すぎてぐだぐだ。

I was so tired and sleepy after arriving at Melbourne at early in the morning on Tuesday13th.

バゲージクレームへ。預けたスーツケースは他の荷物の重みで変形して出てきました。泣）ともあれ、荷物を全部受け取りました。
Went to Baggage Claim. My suitcase was vended and pressed by other luggage of heaviness. A bit sad but anyway I took all of our luggage.

入国手続きは、全部機械化されていました。りさちゃんと私は４時間ほど空港で待ち、あつこが到着、その後PaulとGregが到着。全員集合し、レンタカーでホテルへ。
All immigration procedures were fully automated. Risa and I waited at the airport for about four hours. Then Atsuko arrived first, followed by Paul and Greg. Once everyone had gathered, we took a rental car to the hotel.

ホテルの部屋が用意できるまで、みんなでカフェへ行き、ブランチ。オーストラリアには、おしゃれなカフェがたくさんあります。ステーキサンドを食べました。おいしいっ！
Until the hotel rooms will get ready, all of us went to a café and had branch. There are many fancy café in Australia. I had steak sandwich. It was so tasty.

ホテルの部屋へチェックインして、しばし休憩したのち、メンバー３人で生活必需品の買い出しに行きました。格調のある古い建物が多いけど、落書きされててかわいそう。ホテルの近所には、おいしそうなレストランやらおしゃれな服屋さんがたくさんあります。スーパーでパン、ハム、チーズなど買いました。乳製品がおいしくて安い！
We checked in and took a rest for a while then went out to shop for daily necessities. There are many stately old buildings, though it is a shame to see them covered in graffiti. The neighborhood is full of appetizing restaurants and stylish clothing shops. We bought items like bread, ham, and cheese at the supermarket.

ホテルのキッチンでサンドイッチを作って食べました。オーストラリアワインもおいしい。ブログ書いて就寝。
I made sandwich at the kitchen in the hotel room. Australian wine was so tasty, too. Wrote blog and went to bed.
