早朝に目が覚めて６時の朝食開始時間を待って、食堂へ。ワッフルを焼いて食べました。結構塩分多い。
I got up early in the morning and waited 6am when the hotel breakfast starts. I made a waffle and ate. Bit salty.

部屋に戻って２度寝ののち、トラベルクッカーでお米を炊いておにぎりを作り、スパゲティーをゆでて持参のたらこバターソースをからめて食べました。ブログの下書きをしていたらあっという間に出発時間。１２時にホテルを出てハムデンへ。
After returning to my room and taking a second nap, I cooked rice with my travel cooker and made Onigiri (rice balls), boiled spaghetti and ate it with the instant cod roe butter sauce I brought from Japan. While I was drafting my blog, it was time to leave. I left the hotel at 12 o’clock and headed to Hampden.

新しいクルーが車の荷台を整理してくれていました。助かります。こちら、アンソニー。ツアーは初めてとのことですが、ライブハウス関連で仕事をしているそうで、機材車の運転は慣れているそう。
Our new crew members were sorting out the truck. Thanks a lot. This is Anthony. He said it was his first tour, but he works at a live music venue, so he’s used to driving the equipment truck.

会場着。うれしいことにSOLD OUTのサインが点灯しました！搬入、サウンドチェック等済ませて夕食は近所の中華系日本食店へ行くことにしました。歩道がないのがここアメリカ…。
We arrived at the venue. To our delight, the SOLD OUT sign was lit up! After loading in and completing the sound check, we decided to go to a nearby Chinese-Japanese restaurant for dinner. There are no sidewalks here in America…

レストランでは焼き飯を注文しました。おいしかった！
At the restaurant, I ordered fried rice. It was delicious!

会場に戻り、本番。ノリの良いお客さんに囲まれて楽しくライブできました。たくさんのご来場に感謝します。ありがとう！ライブ後、長年の少年ナイフファンのジャズピアニストのフランクが見に来てくれました。ありがとう！
Back at the venue, it was time for the performance. Surrounded by a lively audience, I had a great time performing. I’m grateful to everyone who came. Thank you!After the show, jazz pianist Frank, a long-time Shonen Knife fan, came to see us. Thank you!

ホテルに帰ってビール頂いて就寝。
I went back to the hotel, had a beer, and went to bed.
