ホテルの朝ご飯の食堂。自分でアルファルファを刈り取る方式。
Breakfast at a hotel diner. Cut by yourself alfalfa.
ベルリンからドレスデンへ２時間余り、ベースアンプヘッドを探し求めてまず楽器店へ。
Drove from Berlin to Dresden for 2 hours and a bit more. We went to a music instrument store first to find a bass amp head.
なかなかいい楽器店！品数多い。Vの形のギターがたくさん。欲しい、欲しい。
Cool store! They have lots of V shaped guitars. I want them!!
お目当てのベースアンプヘッドがあったので購入。専用ケースの在庫がなかったのでアンプヘッドが入るサイズのエフェクターケースを購入。
We found a bass amp head and bought it. They didn’t have its soft case and we bought a bag for effect pedals which was a suitable size for the amp head.
スペア用にギターケーブルも購入。
I bought a guitar cable for spare.
会場に到着。
Arrived at the venue.
格調高い天井。
Beautiful, elegant sealing.
さあ、キャビネットに接続だ！あれっ！音がでません。何と、キャビネットが壊れている模様。ええーっ、ヘッド買う必要なかったかも！
ツアーマネージャーのデイヴが修理を試みてくれていますが、ハンダは外れていない…。
Now let’s connect to the cabinet! What? There was no sound! Wow, it looked the cabinet was broken. Ah, we didn’t need to buy the amp head!

この日はワンマンショーだったので、サポートバンドの機材を借りることも出来ず。急遽モニタースピーカーをキャビネットの代用に。へぇー、こんな使い方もできるんや。勉強になります。
It was one-man show and we have no support band who let us use their equipment. Urgently, we use a monitor speaker as a bass cabinet. I didn’t know that. Now I learned.
楽屋には多種のビールが。さすがドイツ。
There were various kind of beer at the dressing room. It’s Germany.
夕食を出してもらいました。パンクなお兄さんが作ってくれたビーフシチューなど。お肉が柔らかくておいしかったです。
Dinner was served. A punk guy made delicious beef stew. Beef was good.
