今日は早い時間のライブなので、３泊したリーズのホテルを朝８時にチェックアウトの出発。車で２時間弱のサンダーランドへ。会場はこちら。きれいなところです。
It’s an early show. We checked out the hotel in Leeds where we stayed 3 nights at 8am. Arrived at Sunderland after less than 2 hours drive. The venue is this one. Beautiful venue.
搬入口とステージが近いのはありがたい。セッティングしていたら日本人のお客様から差し入れをいただきました。日清カップ麺各種。大変ありがとうございます！助かります。楽屋でさっそくいただきました。
It is easy that the load in entrance and the stage is close. When we were setting up the stage, we got gift from a Japanese lady who is a Shonen Knife fan. The gift was cup noodles. Thank you so much! It was so helpful for us. I had it at dressing room.
それと、会場のライムケーキもいただきました。おいしいっ！
I also had Lime cake from the venue. Yum!
ライブはSOLD OUT。満員御礼、お越しくださりありがとうございました。
今日のサポートはグラスゴーシーンの重鎮、ダグラスのバンド、BMX Bandits。９０年代に一緒にツアーしました。記念撮影。いつも変わらぬご様子で何よりです。
The show was SOLD OUT. Thank you for coming to our show. I was happy. BMX Bandits who we toured with in 90’s supported for today’s show. It is a band of Duglas who is a VIP of Glasgow music scene. He seemed always the same.
ライブ、グッズコーナー撤収後、ホテルに荷物を置きみんなで車に乗って夕食に行きました。海の近くのレストランにてフィッシュアンドチップスを食べました。大変おいしかったです。ライブが早い時間に終わって夜ゆっくりできてよかったです。ライブツアー、残すところあと８回、８連続ライブです。がんばります!
After we loaded out equipment and the merch stall, we checked in the hotel, drop off our luggage and went to dinner by our van. I had delicious Fish and Chips at a restaurant by the ocean. We could have spar time at night because of the early show. 8 more shows in a row left. I’ll do my best!
と、Finnairがストライキをするとの一報が！まさかの日程ガチ当たり。どうなるのか？！困る！
I had an information that Finnair will do strike on the day we will go back to Japan. What shall I do?! Oh, no!
