June 10th UK Night & Day Café, Manchester UK
6月10日（火）英国　マンチェスター　Night & Day Cafe
出発が午後３時半なので、先にホテルのレストランで昼食を摂ろうとみんなで12時に集まってレストランへ行くも昼は休業とのこと。マップでは昼は開いていると書いていたんだけど、残念。しかし、宿の周りは人里離れていてレストランはありません。徒歩圏内に1軒だけ飲食店を見つけたので行ってみることにしました。草むらを通って、広い車道を渡って到着したのは農場。その中におしゃれなカフェがありました。

Since our departure time was half past three, we had a plan to have lunch at a restaurant of the hotel and gathered at noon. But the restaurant was closed at lunch time. I searched other restaurants and found one around the hotel. There was nothing around the hotel but farm and highways. We walked to the restaurant by walk in grass field and arrived at a fancy cafe.

はらぺこアヒルたちが大騒ぎして近づいてきました。

Hungry ducks were rushed to us with loud miaowing.

フィッシュサンドを注文。サラダがうれしい。

I ordered fish sandwiches. I’m happy with salads.

Flat white.

ミルクコーヒー。

食後、気になっていたお店の冷蔵庫にあるケーキ、注文しました。またまたビクトリアケーキ。大きかったので2個をみんなで分けました。おいしかった！

We ordered two pieces of Victoria cakes and shared. Because it looked delicious in a fridge. It was big and we shared. Yum!

カフェの隣のお土産物屋さんで買い物しました。

We did shopping a store next to the cafe.

外へ出ると、ハイランド牛が放牧されていました。かわいすぎる！

Highland cows were grazing. They were so cute!

3時半にホテルを出ていつもお世話になっているマンチェスターの会場へ。

We left the hotel at half past three and offed to a venue in Manchester.

いつものルーティンののち、夕食は7時に予約を入れていた昇竜ラーメンへ。豆乳味噌ラーメンのバリ固。大変おいしかったです。豆乳味噌のおだし、自分でも作ってみたいです。

After everyday routine, we went to Shoryu Ramen where we made a reservation at 7pm. I had soy milk miso ramen with lightly boiled. It was very tasty. I would like to try to make the soup by my self at home.
