9月18日（木）大阪からシカゴへ
Thursday, September 18th From Osaka to Chicago
ツアーの為に家で作りました！I prepared this one at home for the tour!
日本の味覚に名残を惜しんで。I had Japanese taste before I leave.
早朝、予約していたタクシーでりさちゃんと伊丹空港へ。スーツケースとアリアプロのギター1本持参。羽田へ飛んで国際線に乗り換えて羽田からシカゴまで約11時間半の空の旅。今回はAmerican Air operated by JAL。機内食1回目鶏と炊き込みご飯。2回目パン1個、3回目まいたけのペンネ。ハーゲンダッツのアイスクリームも出ました。全部おおむねおいしかったです。機内では、座席が窓側3席に私一人だけだったので、遅れていたナイフデーのブログを書いていました。後ろに座っていた方がフライト中ずーっと咳をしていました。こちらの免疫力を高めておかねば！11時間半ほどでシカゴ到着。
Risa and I went to Itami Osaka International airport by taxi in the early morning. I took suits cases and ARIA PRO Ⅱ guitar. Flew to Haneda and transferred to international flight. We used American Air operated by JAL from Haneda to Chicago. It took 11 hours flight. The first flight meal was chicken and flavored rice. The second one was a piece of bread. Third one was Maitake-mushroom penne and Haagen-Dazs ice cream. Everything was mostly delicious. My seat was isle side and there was no one at the middle seat and window seat. I was writing my blog which was delayed during the flight. A person who was sitting on my back coughed all the way to Chicago. I had to enhance immunity. 11 hours and a half flight took me to Chicago.
ミャクミャク飛行機あったよ！
シカゴのオヘア空港の入国は極めてスムーズにできました。われわれのアメリカのレーベル、Good Charamel RecordsのMiyokoさんが迎えに来てくれました。久々の再会！今回、Miyokoさんはツアーのマネジメントとグッズコーナーを担当してくださいます。大変お世話をおかけします！ホテルのシャトルでホテルに行き、チェックインののち、Miyokoさん、りさちゃん、わたしの3人で徒歩5分のところにある日系スーパーMitsuwaへ行き昼食。エビフライカレーを食べました。エビフライが熱々で口の中をやけどしました。お店の中を見ていったんホテルに戻り仮眠。
Immigration was finished quickly. Miyoko from our US label Good Charamel Records picked us up at the O’Hare airport. We saw her after a long time! Miyoko will do tour management and merch for this tour. Thanks for everything! Miyoko, Risa and I went to a hotel by a hotel shuttle and checked in. Then three of us went to Mitsuwa, Japanese supermarket by walk and had lunch. I ate deep fried shrimp curry and rice. The deep fried shrimps were too hot and I got burnt my mouth. We went back to the hotel and I took a nap.
Miyokoさんは夕方あつこを迎えに再び空港へ行かれました。部屋で待っていたらあつこ到着。晩御飯は車で到着したクルーのRobとMaxも一緒に全員で再び徒歩でMitsuwaへ。わたしはMitsuwa内にあるパン屋さんHippoで菓子パンを1個買ってそれを夕食としました。ホテルに帰ってシャワーを浴びて就寝。夜中1時間半ごとに目がさめました。
Miyoko went to the airport again to pick Atsuko up. Atsuko arrived to the hotel when I was staying in a hotel room. All of us went to Mitsuwa food court again with our tour crew Rob and Max who arrived by car and had dinner. I bought a pastry at a Japanese bread shop Hippo in Mitsuwa and had it as dinner. Went back to the hotel, took a shower and went to bed. I awoke every 1.5 hours.
