おはようございます。眠いです。

9時半出発が、事件勃発！

車をバックしたらえらい音がして見たら縁石に車の前の下部分が引っかかりプラスチックのカバーが裂け外れる。あ〜。　運転には差し支えないので気を取り直して出発ー！

途中、スタバでペストサンドを購入。注文時に名前を聞かれるのでアンジーにしてみた。ははは。

 

Good morning, still sleepy.

We were leaving at 9:30 when something bad happened!

I heard a loud noise as we backed up our van and when I looked, the front bottom of the car had gotten caught on the curb and the plastic cover had ripped off. Oh no~. It didn’t affect driving so we left and headed to Boston.

On the way, we stopped at Starbucks and I bought a pesto sandwich. When ordering, they ask for your name, so I said Angie. 

マックスひとりで運転を頑張ってもらう。休みつつボストンへ。渋滞もあって少し遅れて到着。

会場に着いたら今日からツアーに同行してくれるアンソニーが待っている。同じく同行してくれるジャムはサウンドボードのチェックを始めている。彼らは急なオファーを受け入れてくれて感謝しかありません。

マックスとは今日でお別れ、短い間でしたがありがとう。

Max drove alone. We took a rest and headed to Boston. We arrived a little late due to traffic.

When we arrived at the venue, Anthony, who will be accompanying us on the tour from today, was waiting for us. Jam, who will also be accompanying us, was starting to check the sound board. I can only be grateful that they accepted our sudden offer.

Max is going home today. Thank you for being with us for such a short time.

 

会場に今は閉業した老舗ライブハウス、tt the bears の看板がありました。90年代に演奏したことがあります。元々はここにあったのか〜懐かしや。

At the venue, there was a sign for ‘tt the bears’, a long-established live music venue that has now closed down. We played there in the 90s. It was originally located here – how nostalgic.

サウンドチェック後、メンバー3人で麺屋さんに行って、私は焼きそばを食べました。にんにくと唐辛子がきいている〜。

After the sound check, the three of us went to a noodle restaurant, and I had fried noodles with garlic and chili peppers. 

 

以前に出た事のあるミドルイースト隣りの今夜の会場に戻ると物販に長蛇の列。

When I returned to the venue next to Middle East, where we had performed before, there was a long line for merchandise.

 

今日はソールドアウト。ありがとうございます！

途中直子のギターの音が途切れてケーブルを替える間、衣装の事などをおしゃべりしました。汗。

Today’s show were sold out. Thank you!

The guitar sound cut out during the show, so while Naoko was changing the cable, I talked about costumes and such.

 

ホテルにチェックインして直子作のにゅうめん食べてビール飲んで、お風呂に入っておやすみなさい。

We checked into the hotel. I ate some noodles made by Naoko, drank beer, took a bath, and went to bed.
