おはようございます！ブランチを食べて会場へ。
Good morning! I had branch and went to the venue.
今回のロサンゼルスの会場は、９０年代に何度か出演したことのあるThe Roxy Theater。９３年か９４年にここでライブしたとき、何と！あの、モーターヘッドのレミー・キルミスターさまが見に来てくださったのでした！楽屋で、私が当時使っていたＹＡＭＡＨＡのギターにサインをいただきました。とても気さくなステキな方やったなぁ。個人マネージャーなのかお付きの人がロン毛のかっこいいお兄さんだったなぁ。なんて思い出しました。レミーはこのあたりに住んでいて、会場お隣のRainbow Bar and Grillで毎日のように食事していたという逸話があります。
Our venue this time is The Roxy Theater which we have ever played there in 90’s several times. When we played here in 1993 or 1994, Lemmy Kilmister from Moterhead visited to see us! I got his autograph on my YAMAHA guitar which I used to use in that era. He was a friendly, kind person. His personal manager was a cool guy with long hair. Now I remember such things. Lemmy was living around here and I’ve heard that he often had meal at Rainbow Bar and Grill the next door of the venue.

私たちのドラムセットに布を着せて、その前にThe Pack A.D.のドラムを配置。
We covered our drum kit with a black cloth and put The Pack A.D. ‘s drum kit in front of it.

I drew pictures on a ukulele.
サウンドチェックを終えて夕食は近くの和食屋さんでうな重を食べました。メンバー３人ともうな重でした。ごはんが寿司米の酢飯なのと山椒がなかったのが寂しかったけど、とてもおいしかったです。お値段はチップ込みで３０ドル、日本円にしたら4500円、日本の国産うなぎを使ったうな重の「松」か「竹」が食べられるんだけどね。
We had Una-Ju, eel bowl for dinner at a Japanese restaurant close to the venue after soundcheck. All of us had the same menu. I was a bit disappointed because the rice was not steamed rice but sushi rice and I wanted Japanese pepper on it. But it was delicious. The price was $30 including tax and tip. It’s JPY 4500. It is the price for Japanese gorgeous Una-Ju.
そして準備して本番！満杯のお客さんが来てくださいました。ありがとうございます！！ロサンゼルスってエンタテインメントがありすぎて色んなバンドが来すぎてお客さんの目も肥えている所だし、業界の方も来られてたりするので、ちょっとは緊張しましたが、ライブは無事終了。ライブたのしかったです。
Then we prepared for the show and show time came! There was a packed audience. Thank you very much for coming! I got just a bit nervous because people in Los Angeles got used to various good entertainment and show bis people were coming but the show went well and I enjoyed a lot.
ドラマーYOYOKAさんが来てくださいました！ありがとう！日本からロサンゼルスに拠点を移して活動されているとのこと。これからますますのご活躍を楽しみにしております！お会いできてうれしかったです。
A Japanese drummer YOYOKA came to see us. Thanks a lot! She moved to Los Angeles from Japan for playing music. I’m looking forward to her continued success. I was happy to see her.
そして、The Linda Lindasのみんなも来てくださいました！ありがとう！去年は大阪でご一緒出来て楽しかったです。彼らは小さい時からファミリーで見に来てくださっていたのですが、その小さかった子たちがすらりとしたお嬢さんになられて感銘しています。
Then the members of The Linda Lindas came to see us! Thanks a lot! It was great to see you in Osaka last year. When they came to our show first time, they were little kids but now they became tall beautiful ladies. I’m happy to see them.
ライブ終了後、夜食にブリトーを少し食べて就寝。
After show, I had a piece of Burrito and went to bed.
